Senior Laboratory Scientist

Morgan Fair is a laboratory scientist at Complete Omics Inc., where she contributes to the development and execution of advanced proteomics and multi-omics workflows for precision diagnostics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stockton University in 2018.

Morgan began her career in clinical medicine as a Patient Care Technician at Anne Arundel Medical Center, working on the General Surgical Unit and gaining valuable experience in patient care and clinical operations. She later transitioned into biomedical research, applying her training in biology and molecular biology to high-precision basic research and clinical laboratory workflows. At Complete Omics, she supports multi-omics research aimed at enabling earlier disease detection and advancing next-generation diagnostic technologies.

A

t Complete Omics, I’m excited to work on technologies that push the boundaries of plasma proteomics. Our multi-omics workflows allow us to detect signals previously invisible in complex biological samples.

What motivates me most is knowing that our research can enable earlier disease detection. By advancing high-precision proteomics and rigorous laboratory science, we are helping build the future of proactive, data-driven medicine.
