Su Zuo is a seasoned finance executive with over fifteen years of experience in regulatory supervision, public accounting, corporate finance, taxation, and financial reporting. She currently serves at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, overseeing large financial institutions across governance, risk management, internal controls, and financial condition. Previously, she worked at FINRA supervising broker-dealers, developing deep expertise in SEC and federal banking regulations, capital markets, and structured finance.
Su founded her own CPA firm, advising clients across healthcare and other industries, gaining practical insight into medical billing and healthcare operations. A CPA and CFA charterholder, she holds an M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
